On-Site HR Support

You have a requirement for day to day human resources administrative services, however you do no wish to incur more fixed payroll costs. You have a clear strategic vision regarding your Human Resource requirements and are confident that you need support only one to three days per week. Such support may entail recruitment, orientation, benefits administration, claims management, industrial relation advice or some salary administration.

We will provide you with such support on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis depending on your needs. As a valued client, you will receive the following services:

• A qualified Human Resources practitioner onsite; when, and only when, you want.

When two or more days per week are contracted, you will receive these additional client services at no extra cost:

• One half day per month with a senior Human Resources practitioner to discuss strategic issues.
